eCry3.1Ab ELISA kit

eCry3.1Ab ELISA test kit is intended to be used for the qualitative detection of eCry3.1Ab chimeric protein present in transgenic Maize plant carrying Syngenta event 5307 (Agrisure Duracade). The test is used to detect the eCry3.1Ab protein in individual Maize seed or leaf. It can also be used to detect the Syngenta event 5307 in bulk grain at 0.2 % (1 positive in 500 negative seeds).
